Refund policy

Due to the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on mystery scoops, grab boxes, custom items, or press-on nails.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thedustycactusscoopery@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Custom press-on nails are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information.
